Bear is a gorgeous boy who has arrived into our care from a pound we work with after being found as a stray and sadly never claimed.
This beautiful little boy is friendly, cheeky and playful, with plenty of fun and love to give.
Being just 8 months old, Bear is still very much a puppy and is looking for a family who understands the commitment involved in continuing his training, socialisation and development into a happy, well-rounded adult.
About Bear:
- Loves his walks and is looking for an active home
- Loves meeting other dogs and enjoys playing with them
- Can live with other dogs following successful introductions
- Confident, dog-savvy cats may be considered
- Sensible children considered
- Travels well in the car when crated
- Can be left for sensible periods once he has settled into his new home
Grooming requirements:
Bear is a long-haired, double-coated breed and will require regular professional grooming to keep his coat healthy, comfortable and manageable.
His future family must be prepared for the ongoing cost of professional grooming, approximately every 8 weeks at around £40 per visit.
Please consider this ongoing expense carefully before applying.
ADOPTION INFORMATION:
Our adoption fee for dogs is £250, which includes: neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, flea and worm treatment, full veterinary health check and lifetime rescue back-up
All existing dogs and other pets in the household must already be neutered.
Our adoption process includes completing an adoption application, providing the requested information and photographs/videos for a virtual home check, followed by a visit and meet-and-greet, as well as taking Bear for a walk.
Please remember that our dogs cannot be held for extended periods due to the demands of rescue and the number of dogs waiting to come into our care. Applicants must therefore be in a position to adopt within a reasonable timeframe.
