Rafi is a handsome boy who is unfortunately deaf. Despite this, he is extremely loving and will happily curl up on your knee for a cuddle.
Rafi is a chatty, playful cat, but due to his deafness, he will need to be kept as a house cat. He will need plenty of space to keep him active, though he would be okay if his new home had a catio or cat fencing.
Although he is neutered, in his previous home, Rafi had issues with his toileting. Though he uses a litter tray, he would also occasionally urinate in other places around the house, so his new owner needs to be willing to work with this and understand this may be a lifetime habit.
While he has lived with other cats and a dog, this could have been the reason for his toileting habits. His previous family tried everything they could and had multiple tests and behaviourist visits to no avail. Because of this, we feel Rafi would like to be the only pet in the house.
Rafi could live with sensible older children who are respectful of his hearing issues.
