Frannie arrived at the Rescue, through no fault of her own, along with several other cats.
She is friendly and will let you give her a fuss. Frannie loves to play and would like plenty of toys in her new home to keep her happy.
She could live with sensible children and possibly another cat or cat savvy dog.
