Meet Vinnie

Adoptable dog at Pennine Pen Animal Rescue in Manchester, UK

Status: adopted

Breed: German Shepherd

Age: Twelve years old

We are looking for a retirement home for Vinnie.

Vinnie was actually born at the Rescue, but sadly his owner’s circumstances have changed and he has had to come back to us to find a new home.

Vinnie is a sweet, friendly boy, who is feeling a bit bewildered being in the Rescue and is desperate to be back in a home environment.
Vinnie enjoys short potters around for a sniff and a toilet and has a big comfy bed he loves to snooze in. He could live with a calmer older dog and has previously lived with a cat.

Vinnie is really no trouble at all. He is toilet trained and would be happy with a little garden of his own.
Due to his age, Vinnie does have some arthritis and is currently on pain relief to keep him happy and comfortable so his new family will need to be aware of this and prepared to keep him pain free.

If you feel you can give Vinnie his retirement home, please send us a message.
