Meet Loki

Adoptable dog at Pennine Pen Animal Rescue in Manchester, UK

Status: adopted

Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Age: Eight months old

Loki is little Staffie pup who has arrived at the Rescue to find a new home.

Loki is a typical young Staffie – boisterous, loves everyone, loves his toys, hard chews and going on adventures.

Loki has done well with his dog meets so could possibly live with an already neutered canine friend with successful introductions. We have also cat tested Loki and he could possibly live with a confident cat with careful introductions.

Loki is not reactive on walks and will need an active home who will work on his loose lead walking and getting him used to putting his lead on and off as at the moment he gets very scared by this so needs desensitizing to it.

Loki will need someone around most of the day to begin with while he settles in and finds his feet, but then should be okay being left for a few hours after gradually getting used to it beforehand.

Loki needs a home that will teach him boundaries and continue his training so he can continue to be a good boy.

We will not re-home Loki with young children and he will need his own secure garden/yard.
