Meet Albert

Adoptable dog at Pennine Pen Animal Rescue in Manchester, UK

Status: adopted

Breed: Beagle Cross Pug

Age: Six years old

Albert came to the Rescue to help him find a new home after not getting along with the resident dog in his previous home.

Albert loves his walks, so would like an active home and he travels well. He is toilet trained and would be fine to leave alone for up to four hours once he is settled.

Albert can walk with some other dogs and meet some dogs happily on his walks, but can be reactive towards others, so he will need a patient understanding family and would need to be the only pet in the home.

We have been told Albert chases traffic, but we have not seen this on our walks and because of this, we feel it would be best if Albert’s new home was on a quieter street rather than a main road.

Albert needs a committed family who will work through or manage any quirks he has. He is a lovely little character and deserves a 5* home.
